XBREW debuts EverNitro at IFA Berlin 2026

BERLIN, XBREW, the company behind the innovative EverNitro cartridge-free nitro flavor system, has made its debut in Europe at IFA Berlin 2026. This marks a significant milestone as the product, which raised close to $600,000 on Kickstarter, enters mass production and direct-to-consumer availability. EverNitro is set to transform the home nitro coffee experience by eliminating the need for disposable cartridges, using advanced pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology to extract nitrogen directly from the air.

At IFA Berlin, XBREW is also showcasing its Master Scale, a smart coffee scale designed to enhance the brewing process with guided "Brew Assist" modes. The device offers users step-by-step guidance through the brewing process, ensuring consistent and high-quality results. With three dedicated brewing modes, including Manual Pour-Over, Guided Pour-Over, and Espresso, the Master Scale aims to make coffee preparation more accessible and precise.

EverNitro, introduced at CES 2026, addresses the significant inconvenience of nitro coffee at home, namely the cost and waste associated with disposable cartridges. The device operates through multiple stages of air filtration, removing dust, oil, and moisture before separating nitrogen using twin molecular sieves. Users can select between Fast Mode and High-Purity Mode, which deliver nitro-infused drinks in 25 seconds and produce denser foam, respectively. The machine also features digital pressure control, allowing users to adjust foam density and mouthfeel for various drinks like cold brew, cocktails, kombucha, beer, and juices.

The company's commitment to sustainability and user convenience is evident in the design of EverNitro. All removable parts are dishwasher-safe, and the built-in dust filter is designed to last four to five years before requiring replacement. Additionally, XBREW has developed external attachments, such as a Nitro-Whip for cream and a Nitro Canister for infusing ingredients with nitrogen, to extend the functionality of the device.

Xbrew's booth at IFA Berlin, located in Hall H25 (Booth H25_231), will showcase the cartridge-free nitrogen infusion technology and serve beverages prepared with the system. The company's other products, including its CES 2026 Innovation Award-winning EverNitro, will be on display, reflecting XBREW's vision for a full-scenario smart beverage ecosystem.
