For stays from November 28 to December 16, 2026, the villa will cost $2,900 USD per night. For the festive stay dates from December 17 to December 27, 2026, the rate will be $6,500 USD per night. The offer is subject to villa availability and change, with a minimum of seven consecutive nights required.

Located in the upscale Cul de Sac area, Villa Alegria offers a private, resort-style vacation experience with sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea and the mountains of St. Martin. The villa is designed by owners Neil and Wendy Freeman, with interiors by award-winning designer Susan Butcher. It features four spacious king-bedroom suites, each with a private en-suite bathroom and ocean-facing terrace, plus a dedicated media room with a queen sofa bed serving as a fifth bedroom.
