KNOXVILLE, TN, UNITED STATES, October 21, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Truss Vet - Veterinary Urgent Care has opened its doors in Knoxville, marking a significant expansion for the company that aims to provide compassionate, high-quality same-day pet care. The new clinic, located at 11011 Kingston Pike, Farragut, TN 37934, began operations on October 15, 2026, and is set to offer pet owners in the area a convenient and affordable alternative to traditional veterinary care.
Truss Vet's model is designed to fill a critical gap in the veterinary care landscape. The clinic will provide same-day, walk-in urgent care for dogs and cats, covering a range of non-life-threatening conditions such as vomiting, limping, ear infections, allergic reactions, and minor injuries. According to the company, these services will typically cost 30-50% less than a traditional emergency vet visit, making it a more accessible option for pet owners.
The clinic will operate from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Sunday through Friday, with multiple ways for pet owners to book appointments, including calling, chatting, or walking in. The facility is designed to be a low-stress environment, with a dedicated cat-only exam room to ensure that pets feel calm and comfortable during their visits.
Truss Vet's approach to veterinary care is centered on transparency and accountability. The clinic will share medical notes with local primary care vets and emergency hospitals within 24-48 hours, ensuring that pets receive the best possible care and maintaining the continuity of their medical records.
Truss Vet has grown to serve communities across North Carolina and South Carolina with same-day, walk-in urgent care built around compassion, transparency, and accountability. The new clinic in Knoxville is the company's first venture into Tennessee, and it is expected to provide a valuable service to pet owners in the area. With its convenient hours and competitive pricing, Truss Vet aims to make high-quality veterinary care more accessible to pet parents in Knoxville and beyond.
