Taiwanese Companies Showcase Innovations at PLASTIMAGEN MÉXICO 2026

MEXICO CITY, HOUSTON and CHICAGO, Oct. 30, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Taiwanese companies are set to showcase their latest innovations at the Taiwan Pavilion at PLASTIMAGEN® MÉXICO 2026, a major trade event in the Mexican plastics industry. The Pavilion will feature 29 Taiwanese companies, including suppliers of plastics processing equipment, printing and packaging machinery, materials testing, colorants, and finished products.
This event is significant for Taiwanese machinery suppliers, as Mexico is a key market for their products. According to the Taiwan Association of Machinery Industry's 2025-2026 industry directory, Taiwan's plastics and rubber machinery exports to Mexico reached US$23.88 million in 2024, ranking the country ninth among export destinations. The United States, on the other hand, remains a larger market, with exports totaling US$64.44 million, making it the third-largest market for Taiwanese machinery.
In 2025, Taiwan's Ministry of Finance reported that exports to the United States reached US$650 million in plastic raw materials, US$1.8178 billion in plastic products, and US$621.6 million in rubber and articles thereof, totaling a combined US$3.0894 billion. Mexico's Ministry of Economy reported that the country imported approximately US$40.7 billion in plastics and rubber goods in 2024, highlighting the significant demand for these materials in the region.
The Pavilion will feature a diverse range of exhibitors. In the category of processing, printing, and packaging equipment, 23 suppliers will be present, including CONTINENT, S-DAI, HCI, EVERPLAST, TWIN SCREW, LEADER, HAO YU, SHENG HONG, DIING KUEN, CHUAN LIH FA, NAN YUN, SHANG TA CHIA, JUMBO STEEL, NEILSON, LUNG MENG, CHYI YANG, WEI MENG, PLASCO, KUNG HSING, JANDI'S, CHEN WAY, and LONG NEW. Additionally, two companies, COMETECH and U-CAN DYNATEX, will showcase equipment for evaluating material properties and managing quality. FOCUS PIGMENT, RAINBOW PIGMENT, and CHENG FENG will provide opportunities to discuss colorants and materials applications. GREEN MAXI will offer plastic products, equipment, and ODM/OEM services, catering to finished products and integrated supply needs.
International buyers, processors, and manufacturers are invited to explore equipment sourcing, materials supply, and production partnerships in Mexico and North America. The Pavilion will operate from 12:00 to 19:00 daily, with the event taking place in Mexico City local time.
