Sun Wine & Food Fest 2027 Returns with 14 Events at Mohegan Sun

MONTVILLE, Conn., Oct. 21, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Mohegan Sun's 23rd Annual Sun Wine & Food Fest is back from January 21 to January 24, 2027, bringing together a lineup of celebrity chefs, wine experts, and food enthusiasts for a four-day culinary festival. The event, which features 14 total events, is set to take place at Mohegan Sun, a destination known for its unique blend of entertainment, gaming, dining, and shopping.

The festivities kick off Thursday evening from 9:00pm to 11:00pm with the return of Tinis & Treats at A.T.Y. Bar & Bonbons. This intimate event combines handcrafted mini martinis, decadent desserts, and signature bonbons from Sift Bake Shop. Guests will also enjoy an exclusive behind-the-scenes kitchen tour led by acclaimed pastry chef and restaurateur Adam Young, offering a rare look at the creativity and craftsmanship behind one of New England's most celebrated bakeries.

On Friday, January 22nd, the popular Asian Market returns to SWFF with a lineup of celebrity chefs including Shota Nakajima, Kevin Lee, Jet Tila, and Dale Talde. The event, which runs from 6:00pm to 9:00pm, features local restaurants delivering delicious bites, dishes with bold flavors, and unique twists on classic Asian cuisine. Attendees can also enjoy live entertainment, specialty cocktails from Suntory Global Spirits, and a beautiful setting inside Earth Ballroom.

The Grand Tasting Day One, taking place from 7:00pm to 10:00pm, is a must-try event where guests can explore the flavors, energy, and standout selections of the Sun Wine & Food Fest experience. This evening event features a wide array of must-try wines, craft beers, spirits, chef-driven dishes, and live culinary demonstrations from renowned chefs and industry experts.

From 8:00pm to 10:00pm, festival goers can settle into "The Cab" for an unforgettable evening of rosé, spritzes, and Chef Shawn Osbey's exceptional creations. This one-of-a-kind experience showcases Chef Osbey's signature bites with a curated line-up of rosé and spritz stations, giving guests the rare opportunity to mingle with Chef Osbey himself. With a DJ setting the mood, this is the kind of evening that's equal parts taste, atmosphere, and connection.

Spirits & Cigars, presented by Mohegan Sun's Barrel Select Program, takes place from 8:00pm to 10:00pm. This event highlights the craftsmanship behind exceptional spirits and premium cigars, with each pour paired with a proprietary cigar, infused with one of Mohegan Sun's private barrel spirits. Featuring offerings like Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Eagle Rare Bourbon, Russell's Reserve Bourbon, Don Julio, and Reposado Tequila, guests can explore the rich flavors and distinctive character that emerge when premium spirits and fine cigars are thoughtfully paired.

The Ice Bar Experience returns on Friday, January 22nd, from 9:00pm to 11:00pm, outside on the Earth Terrace. This luminous, open-air winter lounge will be home to impressive ice sculptures, inventive cocktails, and beats that keep the energy just right. Tickets are on sale, with space limited.

The celebration continues with Grand Tasting Day Two, taking place from Noon to 5:00pm on Saturday, January 23rd, with exclusive early access for VIP guests beginning at 11:00am. Guests can sample more than 1,000 varieties of wine, beer, and spirits, enjoy standout offerings from local restaurants and food trucks, and experience demonstrations led by renowned chefs.

Celebrity Chef Dine Around, one of Sun Wine & Food Fest's most anticipated events, returns from 8:00pm to 10:30pm. More than 20 Sun Wine & Food Fest chefs will participate, including Maneet Chauhan, Jet Tila, Andrew Zimmern, Scott Conant, Rocco DiSpirito, Antonia Lofaso, Adam Young, Marc Murphy, Jeff Mauro, Amanda Freitag, Gabe Bertaccini, and Chris Santos from Mohegan Sun's Beauty & Essex. A new addition for 2027 is an exclusive pre-event cocktail hour beginning at 7:00pm, featuring specialty drinks and curated bites.

The party continues long after CCDA concludes as novelle hosts the official Celebrity Chef Dine Around After Party from 10:30pm to 2:00am.
