REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Sept. 01, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Pulmonx Corporation, a global leader in minimally invasive treatments for lung disease, has awarded equity incentives to four new hires, reinforcing its commitment to talent acquisition and employee retention. On September 1, 2026, the company granted a total of 52,300 restricted stock units (RSUs) to these individuals, who joined the company during the third fiscal quarter of 2026.

According to the terms of the 2025 Inducement Plan, each RSU will vest in four equal parts over a four-year period. Specifically, one-fourth of the RSUs will vest one year after the grant date, with the remaining three-fourths vesting in equal quarterly installments over the next three years, provided that the employees remain continuously employed on each vesting date. The awards were approved by the Compensation Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors and granted in accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4), which permits such inducement grants to attract new employees.

The Inducement Plan, designed exclusively for new hires, was adopted by the Board of Directors in November 2025. Pulmonx Corporation, known for its innovative treatments in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), aims to continue advancing minimally invasive solutions for severe emphysema/COPD patients.

"We are delighted to welcome these talented professionals to our team and believe that their expertise will significantly contribute to our mission," said a company spokesperson. "These inducement grants are a key part of our strategy to attract and retain top talent."
