VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept. 01, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Prosper Gold Corp., a mineral exploration company based in British Columbia, has completed the sale of the Golden Sidewalk and Skinner properties to Kenorland Exploration Ltd., a separate entity, for $1 million in cash. This transaction marks a significant milestone in Prosper Gold's strategy to focus on other projects and secure immediate financial benefits.

On August 20, 2026, Prosper Gold's shareholders approved the sale by a two-thirds majority vote at the annual general and special meeting. The sale was also approved by the TSX Venture Exchange. Upon closing, Prosper Gold received the agreed-upon payment from Kenorland, an arm’s length party to the company.

The Golden Sidewalk project, located in the western Birch-Uchi Greenstone Belt, approximately 60 kilometers east of Red Lake, Ontario, spans over 160 square kilometers. Despite no significant exploration activities conducted by Prosper Gold for the period ending January 31, 2026, the project holds promise for future mineral discoveries.

Peter Bernier, President and CEO of Prosper Gold Corp., stated, "The sale of the Golden Sidewalk and Skinner properties is a strategic move for Prosper Gold. This transaction will allow us to redirect our resources and focus on other promising projects, while providing immediate liquidity."

Bernier added, "We are confident that Kenorland will bring new energy and expertise to these properties, potentially unlocking their full potential."
