Pluxee, a leading provider of employee benefit solutions, has announced that it has delivered above all its Fiscal 2026 financial objectives, marking a significant milestone in its growth trajectory. The company reported a 7.7% increase in Employee Benefit Business volume issued, driven by sustained commercial traction across geographies and continued structural demand for its solutions. This growth was particularly strong in Latin America and the Rest of the World, with double-digit growth in both regions.

Total Revenues for the fiscal year reached €1,302 million, up 0.7% organically, performing well in a challenging operating environment. Operating revenue stood at €1,136 million, also up 0.1% organically, with a positive impact from the regulatory changes in Brazil since the third quarter of Fiscal 2026. Float revenue increased by 4.6% organically to €166 million, driven by business volume growth and a slightly higher Float investment yield.

Recurring EBITDA reached €488 million, up 3.8% organically, with a Recurring EBITDA margin of 37.5%, an increase of 101 basis points organically. This expansion in the margin was primarily due to further operating leverage from business volume growth and stronger efficiency gains. The company also reported an Adjusted net profit of €223 million, up 1.2% from the previous fiscal year, and an Adjusted basic earnings per share of €1.58, up 4.4%.

Pluxee's strong financial performance was further underscored by its recurring free cash flow, which stood at €341 million, leading to a 70% recurring cash conversion rate. This rate contributed to an 82% three-year average, above the Group's objective. The company ended the fiscal year with a net financial cash position of €1,341 million, up €178 million year-on-year, indicating a robust financial position.

In addition to its financial achievements, Pluxee announced a substantially enhanced shareholder return strategy. The company proposed a dividend of €0.65 per share, up 71% year-on-year, with a payout ratio structurally raised to 40%. The company also completed a €100 million share buy-back program in May 2026.

Looking ahead, the company is targeting a transition year for Fiscal 2027, reflecting an extended rebase scenario triggered by the PAT reform in Brazil. Pluxee aims to achieve at least €440 million of recurring EBITDA and at least a 50% recurring cash conversion rate in this fiscal year. The company is committed to maintaining steady organic expansion of the Recurring EBITDA margin and normalizing the recurring cash conversion rate.
