His experience spans diverse industries, including automotive, steelmaking, energy, petrochemical, aggregates, and infrastructure. At Northern Sun Energy, Double will oversee estimating, proposals, subcontractor bids, and construction planning & scheduling, while supporting project execution across the company's portfolio.

Tracey has led the development, engineering, and execution of utility-scale and community renewable energy projects, covering the entire project lifecycle from development and due diligence to engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

Nancy Surian, Director of Finance & Controls, arrives with more than 18 years of construction industry experience in financial reporting, project controls, and risk management at both the project and corporate levels. Surian will direct financial reporting, cost tracking, and forecasting, and will oversee teams responsible for project controls and financial management.

Ross Ewart, Senior Project Manager, joins with over 13 years of experience managing complex electrical construction projects, including the design and integration of medium voltage motor control equipment and modular electrical buildings. This is a people-focused team, and that focus on our people is what drives us to deliver results for our customers. They each exemplify Northern Sun Energy's core values, and I'm proud to have them on our team."

The company is expanding its utility-scale solar and storage EPC business, building on a leadership team with a combined track record of delivering gigawatts of solar and battery energy storage projects across North America.
