Vancouver, British Columbia, September 1, 2026, Mogul Mountain Ventures Corporation (TSXV: MOGL) has commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, marking a significant milestone for the gold-silver exploration company. The company's common shares began trading today under the symbol "MOGL," following the completion of its Qualifying Transaction with Panorama Capital Corp. and concurrent financings that raised approximately C$7 million.

The trading debut comes after Mogul completed a Qualifying Transaction with Panorama Capital Corp. on August 28, 2026. This transaction, coupled with the recent financings, has provided the company with substantial funding to advance its exploration efforts at the 100%-owned Rays-West Dome Gold-Silver Project in Nevada.

"We are thrilled to have begun trading on the TSX Venture Exchange," said Andy Edelmeier, CEO of Mogul Mountain Ventures. "This is an important step for us, as it opens up new opportunities for our exploration projects. With the recent funding, we are well positioned to proceed with planned drilling and exploration programs, focusing on the Rays-West Dome Project."

The Rays-West Dome Gold-Silver Project is located in Nevada’s Walker Lane Trend, a prolific mining region. The project encompasses 5,000 acres and includes multiple brownfield targets with historic mine workings, high-grade surface mineralization, and district-scale structural features. Mogul is particularly interested in two complementary mineral systems: a structurally controlled orogenic gold-silver system at the Rays target and an epithermal-style gold-silver system within Tertiary volcanic rocks at West Dome.

"We have assembled a robust portfolio of exploration targets," Edelmeier added. "Our goal is to advance these targets and initiate our planned drill programs. We are grateful for the support of our shareholders, advisors, and partners, which has been crucial in reaching this important milestone."

Mogul’s exploration strategy is bolstered by the expertise of its geological and engineering team, based in Nevada. The company aims to leverage this team's experience to identify and develop potential new mineral deposits. According to David Flint, P.Geo., a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101, the company has a solid foundation for exploration success.

"We are excited about the potential of the Rays-West Dome Project and are committed to delivering value to our shareholders," concluded Edelmeier. "The recent financing has given us the financial resources to pursue our exploration plans, and we look forward to sharing our progress with the investment community."

As Mogul moves forward, the company remains cautious about the risks associated with exploration and mining, including environmental and regulatory challenges. Nevertheless, the successful commencement of trading on the TSX Venture Exchange is a significant step toward realizing the company’s goals in Nevada’s mining sector.
