TORONTO, ON, September 1, 2026, Metalite Resources Inc. (CSE: METL) (OTC: JNCCF) (FSE: D680) is advancing its Arthurs Seat Silver-Antimony Project in New South Wales, Australia, by applying for a new exploration licence that would extend the company’s existing tenure. The application, known as the Arthurs Seat Extension, aims to expand the company’s exploration position towards a significant polymetallic target corridor.

The Arthurs Seat Extension, which would add over 1,000 hectares to the existing project, is located east of the company’s current Arthurs Seat Silver-Antimony license (EL9144). This expansion is based on ongoing geological, geophysical, and exploration reviews, enhancing Metalite’s exposure to the geological and structural setting that hosts its existing silver-antimony prospects.

Alex Storcheus, Metalite’s Executive Chairman, emphasized the strategic importance of the extension: "This expansion allows us to follow the same geological package associated with our existing silver-antimony prospects across a much larger area, while also incorporating a historical manganese occurrence and extending our position towards a series of high-priority structural targets. Our goal is to integrate modern geophysical processing, field mapping, and geochemistry to identify additional silver, antimony, gold, and polymetallic targets."

The extension is particularly significant as it aligns with the company’s broader exploration strategy. The existing Arthurs Seat project includes five distinct silver-antimony prospects situated near a 181-hectare north-south-trending metasedimentary package. The Arthurs Seat Extension would add more than 1,000 hectares of interpreted continuation of this metasedimentary rock package, increasing the company’s mapped coverage to over 1,180 hectares.

Historical work on the former EL6825 "Severn River" license, which covered a substantial portion of the surrounding district, was specifically undertaken to explore for high-grade silver-rich polymetallic deposits based on the area’s proximity to the Mole Granite mineralizing system. This work described an apparent district-scale metal zonation, with mineralization varying in proximity to the Mole Granite.

The proposed extension also encompasses the historical 137 manganese occurrence, first reported in a 1963 Geological Survey of New South Wales. The manganese mineralization, consisting primarily of psilomelane and pyrolusite, was described as occurring along walls, joints, and fractures associated with a jasper and quartz body intruding Carboniferous mudstones. Metalite plans to use modern geological, geochemical, and geophysical methods to evaluate this occurrence.

Manganese, a critical mineral in modern industrial and energy supply chains, is essential for iron and steelmaking, rechargeable battery technologies, and is included on the Australian Government’s Critical Minerals List. The Arthurs Seat Extension aims to integrate historical frameworks with modern exploration techniques, including stream-sediment sampling and geophysical surveys, to identify areas where favorable lithology, structure, geochemistry, and geophysical signatures coincide.

Additionally, the Arthurs Seat Extension is situated near the B1 structural target corridor, identified in a 2011 report by Silver Mines Limited. These targets, associated with intersections between deep-seated north-south structures and later cross-cutting faults, are considered high-priority due to their structural control and potential for mineralization.

Overall, Metalite’s Arthurs Seat Extension reflects the company’s commitment to building meaningful land positions and systematically integrating extensive historical datasets to guide modern exploration. This expansion is expected to provide a larger geological framework for evaluating the potential scale and continuity of the Arthurs Seat mineral system.
