MAXIMA GRUPĖ Reorganizes Board with New Member Aurelija Simutė

MAXIMA GRUPĖ has announced a significant change in its management structure, effective immediately. Marius Tilmantas, a current member of the MAXIMA LT board, will step down on November 11. Aurelija Simutė will join the board on November 12, replacing him until the end of the current board term.

The board of MAXIMA LT will consist of four members starting December 12, 2026: Jolanta Bivainytė, who will serve as the chairperson, Kristupas Buzys, Vilius Rimkus, and Aurelija Simutė. The term of the board will conclude on December 12, 2029.

MAXIMA GRUPĖ operates retail trading networks "Maxima" and "Barbora" e-food stores in the Baltic states. The group is part of the Vilniaus Prekybos company group, which invests in small-scale trading, pharmaceutical retail networks, and development and management services for non-residential property projects in the Baltic states, Sweden, Germany, and Bulgaria.

The board's composition reflects the group's ongoing commitment to strategic growth and operational excellence. Jolanta Bivainytė, with her leadership experience, is expected to guide the group through its next phase of expansion.
