Kontron Launches KBox F-203-RPS and KBox F-204-RPS Industrial Computers

Both systems are powered by 12th, 13th, or 14th Generation Intel® Core™ i9/i7/i5/i3 S-Series socket-type processors, with a thermal design power (TDP) of up to 65 watts. They support up to 96 GB DDR5 memory, providing a scalable computing foundation for demanding industrial applications that require flexible performance configurations and long-term deployment.

The KBox F-203-RPS offers two LAN configurations, with either two or four Gigabit Ethernet (GbE) ports. This dual-LAN configuration is ideal for general industrial computing, equipment control, and edge applications. The four-LAN configuration, on the other hand, provides additional network connectivity for applications involving multiple devices or network segments, such as machine vision, industrial automation, and IoT gateways.

For applications that require greater system expandability, the KBox F-204-RPS offers one PCIe x16 or two PCIe x8 expansion slots. This flexibility allows users to integrate graphics, networking, AI acceleration, or other add-on cards according to specific application requirements. Additionally, the KBox F-204-RPS supports up to four 2.5-inch SATA HDDs/SSDs, providing extensive storage scalability for data-intensive workloads.
