HMS Software Expands Montreal Headquarters

Effective October 14, 2026, the company will relocate from Suite 402 to Suite 601 at its existing Pointe-Claire, Canada location. The expanded facilities will provide HMS with substantially more space for its development, technical support, sales, marketing, and administrative teams and will ultimately allow the company to accommodate up to twice its current staff.

All HMS email addresses and telephone numbers will remain unchanged. The company's suite number and physical mailing address will change. HMS Software's client list includes well-known names such as AMD, Azuria Water Solutions, CANAM, CAE, EXFO, Foster Wheeler, Interpol, Kelly Services, the Government of Quebec, Pontoon Solutions, Progress Rail, Reebok-CCM, Rolls Royce, Sandoz, SEFA, Volvo Novabus, and Zoetis, among hundreds of others.

HMS Software's first customized timesheet application was written in 1984. With the launch of TimeControl as a commercial application in 1994, HMS Software began servicing clients worldwide. TimeControl, a multipurpose timesheet designed to serve the needs of both Finance and Project Management simultaneously, includes features such as a multi-browser, multi-device interface, a PC and mobile interface, vacation approvals, executive dashboards, extensive approval functionality, flexible reporting, and links to project management and corporate systems. TimeControl is available both as an online subscription in the cloud and for purchase for an on-premises installation. The premium version, TimeControl Project, is a subscription service in the cloud.
