SOFIA, BULGARIA, October 23, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Hearthbound, a free multiplayer village game developed by Where2Go LTD, has launched on both Android and Windows, opening a shared online world for players to interact and build their villages. The game, available in early access, brings a unique blend of farming, animal husbandry, trading, and combat to a cross-play environment.
Players can claim a plot of land and a wooden cottage, where they can plant seeds, water crops, and collect their harvest. Cows provide milk, sheep provide wool, and chickens lay eggs. Horses can gallop through the countryside, jumping over fences. A village map with a navigation arrow helps players navigate their way around the game world.
Beyond farming, Hearthbound offers a variety of activities. Beneath the village, players can explore caves filled with trolls, goblin archers, and a Troll King. Combat is real-time, with abilities including Heroic Strike, Cleave, and Second Wind. Players can dodge attacks and land critical hits. Outside the caves, wild animals can be hunted with guns to collect loot.
Mira, the village guide, offers daily tasks, and a task board provides more activities for players to complete. Achievements reward progress with medals. The village market lets players buy, sell, and trade goods with their neighbors. Players can also send gifts through the in-game mail system, use text chat, or speak through push-to-talk voice chat.
Hearthbound is designed to run on modest hardware, including computers with integrated graphics. It has no advertisements. Optional purchases are limited to cosmetics, VIP, and Village Pass. The game carries a PEGI 7 rating, making it suitable for a wide audience.
The interface supports English, Bulgarian, German, and Spanish. Updates are released several times a week and installed automatically. AI tools have assisted with both the artwork and the code during development.
The game supports Android 7.1 and newer through Google Play or a direct APK download. The Windows version runs on 64-bit Windows 10 and 11 and uses a digitally signed installer. The game remains in early access, with development continuing alongside the available Android and Windows versions.
