CARMEL, Ind., Oct. 28, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Keyrenter Indianapolis North has expanded its reach into Carmel, Westfield, and Zionsville through the acquisition of J & J Property Services, LLC, a family-owned property management company. The acquisition, which closed on October 15, 2026, brings 25 new management agreements to Keyrenter Indianapolis North's portfolio, enhancing its presence in the northern suburbs of Indianapolis.

For more than 20 years, J & J has served property owners throughout Hamilton and Boone counties, earning a reputation for exceptional service, clear communication, and personalized care. The acquisition aims to build on this foundation by combining J & J's trusted local relationships with the systems, technology, and support of a national network of over 100 offices. Mat Zalk, CEO of Keyrenter Indianapolis North, emphasized the importance of maintaining the trust J & J has built with its owners and residents.

Joe Kempler, the founder of J & J, will continue to be involved for the first eight weeks, working side by side with the Keyrenter Indianapolis North team. This transition is designed to ensure a smooth handoff for both property owners and residents. Kempler will support the process, providing direct email updates and addressing any questions that arise. Adam Ballard, Senior Property Manager with Keyrenter Indianapolis North, will serve as the primary point of contact for J & J owners and residents during the transition.

The acquisition is part of Keyrenter Property Management's strategy to grow where Indianapolis is growing. Carmel, Westfield, and Zionsville are among the fastest-growing communities in the Indianapolis area, with many homes being bought for rental purposes.

Keyrenter PMC, the parent company of Keyrenter Indianapolis North, manages over 3,500 doors across seven markets, including Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Northwest Arkansas, Wichita, Kansas City, St. Louis, and Indianapolis. The acquisition strengthens Keyrenter Indianapolis North's presence in the northern suburbs and provides local owners with a partner that combines deep community roots with national resources.
