Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Dallas, Complete Legal has been serving law firms and litigation teams across Texas for over two decades. The company offers a wide range of services, including court reporting, remote depositions, videography, records retrieval, data forensics, mobile notary, eDiscovery, and audio and video services. According to Texas Lawyer's "Texas Best" survey, Complete Legal has been named the top court reporting firm in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for 16 consecutive years.
A-Legal, a paralegal-led firm, has served the legal and corporate community in Dallas-Fort Worth for more than 30 years. The company provides turnkey litigation document support, including document copying and scanning, blowbacks, mail-outs, trial boards and graphics, trial preparation and exhibits, audio and video services, file conversions, and electronic data discovery.
The acquisition of these two firms continues First Legal's growing footprint in Texas, where it has served clients for over a decade. The company has previously expanded its services through acquisitions, including the addition of AAA Attorney Service, a New York process serving and court filing provider, in September 2026; Bee Reporting Agency, a New York Tri-State stenographic and transcription provider, in August 2026; eFileMadeEasy, a court eFiling platform, in April 2026; and Inter County Judicial Services, a New York-area provider of process serving and litigation support services, in 2025.
