Warsaw, Poland, IFIORA, a Warsaw-based floral business, will open its first physical studio and launch a trilingual online ordering platform in early September 2026. The launch marks the official debut of the brand and its services in the city.
The new Mokotów studio and online store will begin accepting orders on September 5, 2026, with services operating in Polish, English, and Russian. The online platform and physical studio will function as one local business, with floral arrangements prepared at the studio’s address, al. Polski Walczącej 30, unit U3/A, 00-712 Warsaw.
Orders are limited to Warsaw addresses, including those initiated from other parts of Poland or abroad. The English-language website is designed to cater to both local and international senders, providing clear terms and conditions in all three languages. Customer support is available in Polish, English, and Russian, ensuring a seamless experience for all users.
Operational Hours and Delivery Services
The Mokotów studio and support hours are from 10:00 to 17:00, Monday through Saturday, with no deliveries on Sundays. Orders can be prepared and delivered after hours until completion, providing convenience for customers.
IFIORA’s online store offers a wide range of floral arrangements, including hand-tied bouquets, roses, flower boxes, baskets, single-variety arrangements, birthday flowers, wedding flowers, funeral and sympathy pieces, and potted plants. Seasonal supply changes mean that flower varieties, stem counts, and designs are only available when listed for purchase or confirmed for an accepted order.
Standard floral arrangements include a standard wrapping and a greeting card carrying the sender’s message, which are included in the price. Chocolates and balloons are optional paid additions when available.
Delivery Options and Fees
Standard delivery in Warsaw usually takes three to four hours after an order is accepted. The standard fee is 29 zł for orders below 500 zł, with free delivery for orders valued at 500 zł or more. Same-day delivery may be available when orders are placed before 16:00, Monday through Saturday, subject to current studio capacity.
Express delivery options are available for up to two hours at an additional cost of 50 zł, but require advance confirmation of the recipient address, required flowers, and current capacity. Public-holiday delivery availability must be confirmed separately.
English and Russian access alongside the Polish storefront ensure that operational information can be reviewed before an order is placed. The launch model connects digital access with physical floristry, creating a seamless experience for both local and international senders.
According to IFIORA, the opening was meticulously planned to establish the brand as a local florist with a citywide delivery area. The company’s commitment to local preparation means that every confirmed floral order is handled at the Mokotów studio, ensuring a consistent quality and personalized service for celebratory and sensitive occasions.
The launch represents a defined entry into Warsaw’s florist market, with IFIORA operating as an independent florist rather than a marketplace or nationwide relay service. The brand’s physical presence, online catalogue, and multilingual ordering and local fulfilment model create a comprehensive service for both Warsaw recipients and senders located elsewhere.
