Holmdel, N.J., September 1, 2026 — ICIMS, a leading enterprise talent acquisition platform, has unveiled its vision for the future of hiring with the launch of the ICIMS Intelligent Hiring Platform. This new strategic direction, built on over two decades of proprietary hiring data and expertise, aims to revolutionize the hiring process by integrating AI into every step of the journey.

ICIMS is introducing two new AI-driven agents to its platform: the ICIMS Hiring Agent and the ICIMS Interview Scheduling Agent. These tools, alongside the existing ICIMS Sourcing Agent, are designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of hiring teams. By combining trusted intelligence with automation, these agents will help organizations make smarter, more informed hiring decisions.

"The future of hiring is not about layering AI onto existing processes but about reimagining the entire experience," said Marc Thompson, CEO of ICIMS. "Our intelligence is built on a vast and diverse set of hiring data, creating a powerful engine for automating work and delivering better hiring outcomes."

With over two decades of experience in enterprise hiring, ICIMS has amassed a unique foundation of hiring data. This context is crucial for building AI that can help teams make smarter, more informed hiring decisions, rather than just automating steps. According to Apps Run the World, ICIMS holds the highest market share in the ATS space globally. This gives the company access to billions of hiring interactions, creating signals that inform every interaction, recommendation, and action.

"These agents bring decades of hiring context into the tools our customers use every day," added Eric Connors, chief product officer at ICIMS. "They reduce friction and administrative burden, allowing recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to focus on what really matters: making better hires faster."

The ICIMS Hiring Agent is designed to streamline the candidate review process. It brings common hiring actions directly into Microsoft Teams, a tool many hiring managers and interviewers already use. This agent helps reduce recruiter time spent following up with hiring managers and interview teams, speeds up candidate reviews, feedback, and approvals, and improves collaboration among team members.

"The ICIMS Hiring Agent will completely transform the way hiring teams interact with the ATS," said Connors. "By integrating directly into Microsoft Teams, we are making the hiring process more efficient and user-friendly."

The ICIMS Interview Scheduling Agent will automate the often time-consuming process of scheduling interviews. Using AI, this agent checks availability, books interviews, manages changes, and keeps candidates and hiring teams informed throughout the process. This will help recruiting teams move candidates through the process faster, ensuring a more seamless experience for everyone involved.

Both the ICIMS Hiring Agent and the ICIMS Interview Scheduling Agent will be available this October. The ICIMS Sourcing Agent is already available, and ICIMS is planning to extend its capabilities to additional collaboration platforms in 2027.

ICIMS will showcase these new agents at the HR Tech Conference 2026 and UNLEASH World in October. Visitors can explore these agents in action and see how ICIMS is bringing hiring intelligence to where work already happens.
