Genesis Acquisition Corp terminates proposed transaction with Nusa Nickel Corp

Kelowna, B.C., Genesis Acquisition Corp., a Capital Pool Company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, announced on August 31, 2026, that it has terminated its proposed Qualifying Transaction with Nusa Nickel Corp. due to unmet conditions by the required deadlines.

The company stated that the decision was made as certain conditions of the proposed transaction were not satisfied in time. Genesis will now continue to evaluate and review alternative acquisition opportunities, with the goal of finding a new qualifying transaction.
