REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Oct. 21, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Findem, the AI infrastructure for people-centric work, today announced the launch of ReadySlate, a new AI recruiting agent designed to streamline the candidate sourcing process for early- and mid-career knowledge-worker roles. The product, available in both Enterprise and Lite configurations, aims to address the time-consuming and often frustrating challenges faced by hiring teams, who spend up to 50% to 70% of their hours on sourcing and outreach activities.

The ReadySlate platform automates the process of turning job requirements into candidate slates, a task that traditionally requires significant manual effort and judgment. By handling the work between a job description and a slate, hiring teams can focus on refining the role's requirements and deciding which candidates to advance. The ReadySlate Enterprise configuration allows enterprises to pay only for the candidates they choose to unlock, while the Lite option provides a self-service AI recruiting experience for smaller teams.

Hiring teams can customize the job requirements on real candidate profiles before the search begins, and ReadySlate then personalizes outreach to candidates to encourage them to apply. The platform also runs AI screening interviews, skills tests, and in-depth assessments to ensure candidates are genuine and meet the hiring manager's criteria. Identity verification and interview proctoring features help confirm each candidate's authenticity, and any flagged responses are reviewed by human agents for accuracy.

Once a candidate meets the Findem Standard, which includes being interested, qualified, verified, and ready for live, on-site interviews, they are unlocked and can be added to the team's applicant tracking system (ATS), vendor management system (VMS), or human resource information system (HRIS), such as Workday, Greenhouse, and iCIMS. The platform runs on Findem's People Intelligence platform, which draws on more than 850 million profiles to surface evidence of what candidates have done, not just keywords, so hiring teams can judge each candidate against their own requirements.

The ReadySlate Enterprise solution is designed for talent acquisition teams, while the Lite option offers a self-service AI recruiting experience for startups, small businesses, founders, and hiring managers who run their own searches. ReadySlate Lite users can paste a job posting, review the agent-drafted requirements, and select a shortlist from a growing candidate list. The agent then engages candidates from the user's own mailbox and runs a five-minute AI voice screen to gather answers on basic minimum qualifications for the user to review.

Findem's AI does not reject candidates, decide hiring criteria, or make hiring decisions. Candidates are told in advance when an AI is interviewing them. The company runs ongoing disparate-impact testing and at least annual independent bias audits, with its most recent audit conducted by Warden AI returning fairness scores at or near parity across every demographic group tested.
