FILIPUSI, a manufacturer of industrial centrifugal pumps based in Huangtian, Yongjia, Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China, has expanded its centrifugal pump portfolio with the introduction of the high-flow CW series horizontal split case pump and the LD series vertical inline centrifugal pump. These new additions are designed to address specific customer needs, particularly in high-flow HVAC and water treatment applications.
The centerpiece of the expanded line is the CW series horizontal double suction split case pump. This pump is capable of handling flow rates from 50 to 20,000 cubic meters per hour (m³/h) (220 to 88,000 gallons per minute (GPM)) with heads ranging from 10 to 200 meters. The pump features a double-suction impeller that draws liquid from both sides, balancing axial thrust and allowing it to manage such a wide range of flow rates. Standard cast iron construction is offered, but stainless steel, bronze, or duplex materials are available for seawater and corrosive duty. The pumps are equipped with IE3/IE4 premium efficiency motors, are compatible with variable frequency drives (VFD) and programmable logic controllers (PLC), and are available in DN50 to DN1200 flanges to DIN, ANSI, and JIS standards.
For projects with limited floor space, FILIPUSI also offers the LD series vertical inline centrifugal pump. This pump is built to mount directly into a horizontal pipe run, requiring no baseplate or foundation. It can handle flows from 8 to 1,200 m³/h with heads up to 160 meters. The LD pump's long-coupled, back pull-out design allows for easy mechanical seal replacement without disturbing the pipework or disconnecting the pump body. Materials for the LD pump include cast iron, ductile iron, and SS316L.
The expanded range of pumps at FILIPUSI sits alongside its existing multistage, end suction, marine, and fire pump lines. The multistage pumps handle heads up to 350 meters, while the end suction pumps cover flows from 3 to 1,600 m³/h across the range. OEM and ODM configurations are available, and every model ships with published performance curves.
FILIPUSI pumps serve HVAC, water supply and treatment, irrigation, industrial processing, marine, and fire protection applications worldwide. The HVAC pump market is experiencing significant growth, with the global HVAC pump market size valued at $3.9 billion in 2021 and projected to reach $6.2 billion by 2031, growing at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 4.6% from 2021 to 2031. This expansion is driven by increasing demand for efficient and reliable HVAC systems in various sectors, including residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
