GREENVILLE, S.C., Sept. 1, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- ColorLab, a Greenville, South Carolina-based company specializing in branded environments, signage, and fleet graphics, has completed a management-led sale. Vice President Dustin Batson acquired the company and will continue to lead the business alongside the existing team, with support from Cowart Awards, a longtime Greenville business and trusted partner of TPM.

The sale aligns with TPM's long-term strategic vision, allowing the parent company to focus on investments in software, digital solutions, and emerging technologies, including its AI-based solutions, while positioning ColorLab for continued growth under the leadership that built its success.

Customers will not experience any changes in the near term. The same team, service, and production capabilities will remain in place. Existing projects, billing processes, and day-to-day operations will continue uninterrupted, ensuring a smooth transition.

"This transition is a reflection of TPM's strategy to position each business for long-term success under the leadership best equipped to guide its future," said Chris Fay, President of TPM. "Dustin has been instrumental in building ColorLab into the exceptional business it is today, and we have complete confidence in his leadership. This move positions ColorLab for continued growth while allowing TPM to remain focused on our strategic vision."

As an independent company, ColorLab will continue to invest in its people, expand its creative and production capabilities, and develop new ways to help customers bring brands and spaces to life.

"This is an exciting milestone for our team and our customers," said Batson. "Our ownership structure is changing, but everything our customers value about ColorLab remains the same. We will continue delivering the service and creativity they expect while investing in the future of the company."

Additionally, ColorLab is relocating to a new space at 910 Laurens Road, Greenville, SC 29607, directly across the street from its current facility, at the end of September. Updated billing and remittance information will be shared directly with customers.

ColorLab, established in Greenville, South Carolina, combines creative thinking with production expertise to take projects from concept to installation.
