Cingari Family Markets Ribbon-Cutting for Fairfield ShopRite Renovation

On Tuesday, September 15, at 10:00 a.m., Cingari Family Markets will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the completion of renovations at its ShopRite of Fairfield store in Norwalk, Connecticut. The event will see the participation of Fairfield's First Selectman, Christine Vitale, and members of the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce.

The $1.5 million renovation project, which began in early 2026, has transformed the Fairfield ShopRite into a more spacious and customer-friendly environment. The store, which remained open during the renovation, now boasts an expanded selection of grocery items, a larger bakery and floral department, and an increased variety of grab-and-go meal options. Other improvements include additional aisles for dry goods, international specialties, and health-focused products, as well as an expanded section for international cheeses and a broader range of frozen food and dairy cases.
