Blockchain Loyalty Corp Unveils The Open Access Grid

Blockchain Loyalty Corp, a technology holding company, has unveiled a significant restructuring of its operations under a new framework called The Open Access Grid. This rebranding and consolidation aim to address fragmentation in capital markets and provide a unified platform for issuers and investors.

The new structure comprises a single governed holding company with two operating divisions and four portfolio properties. Each division and property is designed to solve specific layers of the capital market ecosystem. Capistral, the intelligence division, focuses on trading, corporate visibility, and investor discovery. InfernoGrid, the compute division, builds a marketplace for cloud graphics-processing-unit capacity, connecting providers of idle GPU infrastructure with buyers in AI training, inference, rendering, and scientific compute.

The company's broader portfolio includes Koilink, Orvexa, iSwiped, and TradeDNA by Roamee, each addressing different aspects of capital, execution, and discovery. The Open Access Grid ensures that every status is dated and every figure is sourced, setting a new standard for public-market communications.

Blockchain Loyalty Corp identified four structural gaps in the capital markets: capital and custody siloed from execution, issuer visibility separated from investor discovery, AI compute infrastructure's high capital intensity, and the absence of a unified operating system for small and mid-cap public companies. The Open Access Grid is designed to address these gaps by providing a cohesive structure that integrates these layers.

InfernoGrid, a new division, operates as an asset-light coordination layer, giving BBLC direct exposure to AI infrastructure demand without the risk of construction or power-infrastructure investment. This division targets a fast-growing segment: on-demand GPU capacity for AI training, inference, rendering, and scientific workloads. The company has consolidated all investor-facing materials into a single verified data room, providing a single source of truth for disclosures, division overviews, financial snapshots, and governance documents.

Blockchain Loyalty Corp has also made significant governance milestones. In March 2025, the company was removed from shell-risk designation by OTC Markets. In August 2026, PCAOB-registered auditor Privatco CPA Limited was engaged for fiscal 2024 and 2025 financial statements. The company aims to uplist to OTCQB as a long-term objective. The investor portal centralizes decks, white papers, property pages, and disclosure controls.

Near-term priorities for Blockchain Loyalty Corp include completing the Koilink platform, advancing the OTCQB uplisting objective, moving Orvexa from beta to general availability, publishing the InfernoGrid division roadmap, and advancing TradeDNA by Roamee from development toward release. The company's focus on public-market governance standards and its commitment to transparent disclosures underscore its dedication to the evolving capital markets landscape.
