STOCKHOLM, October 30, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- BioArctic AB has announced the composition of its Nomination Committee for the 2027 Annual General Meeting, a critical step in the company’s governance structure. The committee, which will play a key role in recommending candidates for the Board of Directors, has been appointed in accordance with the principles adopted by the company’s Annual General Meeting.

The Nomination Committee consists of representatives from the three largest shareholders by voting rights as of September 30, 2026, along with the Chair of the Board. Specifically, the committee members are:

- Margareta Öhrvall, appointed by Demban AB - Pär Gellerfors, appointed by Ackelsta AB - Thomas Ehlin, Chair of the Nomination Committee, representing Fjärde AP-fonden

Together, these shareholders hold approximately 57 percent of the shares and 82 percent of the votes in the company. This significant shareholding ensures that the committee has a substantial influence over the direction of the company.

Shareholders are encouraged to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee by January 15, 2027, to ensure their suggestions can be considered.
