August 31, 2026, Vancouver, BC, Asiatel Outsourcing Inc., a business process outsourcing (BPO) and knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) company based in the Philippines, reported a 51% year-over-year revenue growth in the first half of 2026, reaching $5.14 million compared to $3.40 million in the same period of 2025. The growth is attributed primarily to increased service volumes from existing customers, with about 5% of the revenue coming from existing client programs in Canada.

Asiatel's gross profit increased by 30% to $693,322, while the gross margin dropped to 13% from 16% in the previous year. This was due to a faster rate of increase in cost of services, which rose 55% to $4.44 million. The company incurred significant listing-related expenses, totaling $1.39 million, which impacted its net loss for the period at $1.29 million.

The company's cash and cash equivalents increased by 164% to $1.09 million as of June 30, 2026, primarily due to $1.00 million in proceeds from a private placement financing that accompanied the reverse takeover (RTO) transaction. This transaction was completed on June 30, 2026, and Asiatel began trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “ATOI” on July 14, 2026.

Asiatel has been advancing several operational and strategic initiatives to support its medium-term growth objectives. These include strengthening its senior management structure, focusing on workforce utilization and operating efficiencies, and evaluating options to expand its service delivery capacity. The company is also broadening its service offerings through its KPO and Asiatel Digital business verticals, and has commenced the implementation of its Canadian digital go-to-market strategy.

“Completing our RTO and transitioning to a publicly listed company marks an important milestone for Asiatel. We are focused on converting our strategic initiatives into measurable results, improving unit economics as delivery capacity scales, and building a repeatable pipeline in the Canadian market,” said Jasjit Singh Anand, Chief Executive Officer of Asiatel. “Our goal is to demonstrate the early proof points from our AI and KPO offerings that can support a broader, more diversified client base, and to develop the business into three engines: BPO as the execution engine, KPO as the expertise engine, and Digital as the transformation engine,” he added.

Asiatel Outsourcing Inc. serves clients across eight countries and employs approximately 500 full-time employees. The company’s services range from Employer of Record (EOR), remote staffing, and managed services to Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO), Agentic AI, and intelligent workflow automation.
