ANGUILLA, Oct. 29, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Anguilla Culinary Experience (ACE) is set to return for its sixth edition, running from April 28 to May 2, 2027. The festival, which has become a cornerstone of Anguilla's culinary calendar, brings together international guest chefs, local culinary talent, and food enthusiasts for a week of collaborative dining, beachside bartending, and cooking competitions.

This year, ACE welcomes Chef Marc Forgione of New York, adding a touch of New York City’s culinary scene to the Caribbean island. The festival’s mission extends beyond the culinary arts, as it aims to invest in Anguilla’s future by raising funds for culinary and hospitality training programs. This initiative provides young Anguillians with hands-on experience and opportunities to work alongside visiting and local chefs, fostering the next generation of culinary professionals.

Jameel Rochester, director of tourism for the Anguilla Tourist Board, highlighted the festival’s significance.

In 2026, ACE was recognized as the Caribbean's Leading Culinary Destination at the World Travel Awards. This accolade underscores the dedication, passion, and excellence of Anguilla’s culinary and hospitality professionals. The festival showcased a diverse array of culinary experiences, including award-winning guest chefs and Anguilla’s culinary stars cooking side by side at various venues. Notable events included a music-filled opening night party at beachfront Karaya, a wine-pairing dinner at Jacala with Grands Vins de France, and a multicourse dining experience at Malliouhana, Four Seasons Resort Anguilla, and Zemi Beach House.

The 2026 festival also featured a six-hands dinner at luxury Villa Alegria, a murder-mystery dinner at Savi Beach Club, guided tastings in Zemi’s Rhum Room, an island rum crawl by Moke with Quest Experiences, a sunset sail with Calypso Charters, and the annual Cape Air & NCBA Beach Barbecue. These events not only offered a taste of Anguilla’s rich culinary heritage but also brought residents and visitors together in a spirit of community and celebration.

Proceeds from the festival support the next generation of Anguillian hospitality professionals through culinary and hospitality programs at Anguilla Community College, Albena Lake-Hodge Comprehensive School, the Anguilla Youth and Business Foundation, and the Anguilla National Culinary Team. ACE is more than just a food festival; it is an invitation to explore the island’s history and tradition through its food, while making personal connections that last long after the final course.

Melise Peffer, business development manager at Trophy Properties Caribbean, which has joined the 2027 festival planning team, expressed excitement about the upcoming event.

Visitors to Anguilla can look forward to a wide range of experiences beyond the festival, including the island’s 33 beaches and 35 square miles of natural beauty, as well as more than 100 bespoke restaurants and distinctive island experiences. ACE 2027 event schedule, full chef roster, and ticket information will be available in the coming weeks.
