SAN JOSE, Calif., Sept. 09, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Zscaler, a leading cybersecurity platform for the AI era, has launched a new solution designed to combat the rapidly evolving threat landscape. Zscaler Agentic SOC is a security operations center (SOC) built with an AI-first approach, aimed at reducing exposures, scaling human expertise, and stopping AI-driven attacks at machine speed.

The new solution addresses the growing challenge of AI-driven attacks, which are moving faster than traditional SOC models can handle. According to Zscaler’s Threatlabz, a rise in evasive tactics is being observed, including the use of trusted sites to host attacks, abuse of legitimate remote management tools, and browser-based attacks. Zscaler Agentic SOC combines unique Zscaler telemetry, a large decoy mesh network, expert-validated agents, and integrated Zscaler Zero Trust controls to detect threats earlier and contain them at machine speed.

Zscaler has partnered with leading AI labs, including Anthropic and OpenAI, to integrate their models with Zscaler's proprietary threat intelligence and zero trust telemetry. This collaboration enables the creation of AI agents that reason with greater depth, accuracy, and explainability than any single model or approach. The AI agents can be applied beyond threat detection, integrating directly with SOC workflows to ingest vulnerability findings and operationalize them for real-time detection and response.

The new solution is designed to be integrated with existing security ecosystems, pulling in third-party data to contextualize risks and threats. It offers a data-rich context graph that correlates real-time zero trust telemetry with third-party data, mapping, prioritizing, and investigating complex incident chains. Zscaler Agentic SOC also features specialized AI agents that perform dedicated roles across triage, root-cause investigation, assigning verdicts, and triggering response workflows. This reduces analyst workload and accelerates defenses.

Zscaler claims that the solution provides unmatched zero trust telemetry, capturing network, identity, endpoint, cloud, and AI insights across its 750 billion daily zero trust transactions. This allows security teams to operationalize the telemetry for real-time detection and response. The platform also supports continuous threat hunting and expert support, combining AI speed with seasoned human judgment from Zscaler and Red Canary security experts.

To evaluate the effectiveness of Zscaler Agentic SOC, Andrea Liccardi, Sr. Cybersecurity Manager at Maire Tecnimont, shared, "Our team was drowning in alert noise, forcing top analysts into triage instead of proactive threat hunting. Zscaler Agentic SOC gives us full attack-path context using telemetry we already had in place, helping our team move from fragmented signals to faster, more informed decisions."

Zscaler Agentic SOC is now available globally, providing a reimagined approach to security operations that reduces exposures proactively, extends human expertise with AI agents, and contains threats at machine speed. The platform offers closed-loop inline remediation, automatically containing threats with native inline controls that can isolate compromised users, block command-and-control communications, and cut off lateral movement. Integrations with customers’ third-party tooling provide increased options for nuanced responses to active threats.

With the launch of Zscaler Agentic SOC, the company aims to give security teams the visibility and control needed to outpace modern attackers. By leveraging AI agents and integrating with third-party data, the platform promises to offer a robust solution in the ever-evolving threat landscape.
