RenX Enterprises Corp's wholly owned logistics subsidiary, Zimmer Equipment Inc. (ZEI), has secured a new hauling contract with one of North America's largest waste management companies. The agreement, which began on September 8, 2026, involves transporting municipal solid waste from a transfer station in the Tampa Bay region to a permitted landfill.
According to the press release, ZEI has been operating the new route every working day since the agreement's inception. The first four days of operation generated more than $30,000 in ticketed hauling charges, marking a significant milestone for the company. The contract is structured as a trial engagement, with the potential for a multi-year extension.
The new hauling route is separate from ZEI's existing transport agreements with the same customer, which run through 2028. This expansion adds a new service area to the company's existing operations, enhancing its geographical reach for the customer. The agreement is part of ZEI's ongoing efforts to generate revenue while the company installs and commissions the Microtec UTM 1200 Turbo Mill at its Myakka City facility.
RenX Enterprises Corp operates a vertically integrated environmental services platform focused on the engineered soils, organic recycling, and bulk materials logistics industries. The company's core operations are anchored by a permitted 80+ acre organics processing facility in Myakka City, Florida. At this facility, RenX integrates organics processing, advanced milling, blending, and in-house logistics to support the localized production of proprietary soil substrates and potting media.
The new hauling agreement is expected to put the company's existing fleet to work, generating revenue while the Microtec mill is being installed and commissioned. The agreement is separate from the company's broader operational and strategic objectives, which include optimizing products for regional feedstocks and customer requirements, shortening supply chains, enhancing quality control, and improving unit economics.
RenX Enterprises Corp is committed to its Nasdaq listing and aims to maintain its standing in the market. The company's focus on advanced milling and material-processing technology, including the deployment of a licensed Microtec system, positions it to move beyond traditional waste-to-value operations and manufacture engineered growing media with repeatable quality and defined specifications.
The new hauling contract is a testament to ZEI's reliability and operational efficiency, as the company has consistently provided daily service to the customer across Tampa Bay. The agreement is expected to further solidify ZEI's position as a trusted logistics partner for the waste management company, expanding its service area and contributing to the company's overall growth and success.
