SAN JOSE, Calif., Oct. 30, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- WHI Solutions, an eBay company, has launched Nexus, an AI suite designed to enhance the parts ordering experience for its Nexpart platform. The first capability of Nexus, AI-assisted phone ordering, is now operational with major parts distributors, offering 24/7, no-hold, multilingual phone ordering services. This innovative feature allows customers to place orders directly through Nexpart, ensuring they do not have to wait on hold when the counter is busy or the store is closed.
According to WHI Solutions, Nexus fits seamlessly into a distributor's existing call structure and sends orders through the distributor's Nexpart ordering workflow, making it easy for staff to manage and for customers to use. The AI-driven system supports multilingual conversations, starting with English and Spanish, with additional languages in development. WHI Solutions will showcase Nexus at AAPEX 2026, where attendees can see the technology in action at Booth V838.
Nexus is built on WHI Solutions' extensive catalog data, which has been developed over years of collaboration with parts manufacturers. This comprehensive catalog forms the foundation for Nexus and the next wave of AI capabilities across the aftermarket. WHI Solutions emphasizes that AI can handle routine, time-sensitive calls, allowing counter staff, inside sales, and customer service teams to focus on more complex requests and customer relationships.
Factory Motor Parts is among the next major distributors to bring Nexus to its customers. "Nexus has been a game-changer for us," said Annette Miller, Senior Manager of Customer Experience at Factory Motor Parts.
Nexus is included with Nexpart, with a minimal setup fee and little lift for distributors. WHI Solutions believes that by integrating Nexus into the core Nexpart platform and ordering process, it can help parts buyers and sellers find, order, and move parts with less effort. The company is planning to build more AI capabilities across its products, further enhancing the Nexpart experience.
