VOTIX and Dronetag Partner to Enhance Drone Safety and Compliance

Syracuse, N.Y. - Sept. 24, 2026 - PRLog, Drone operations platform VOTIX has partnered with Dronetag, a provider of Remote ID drone detection and compliance technology, to enhance airspace safety and compliance for U.S. drone operators. This strategic alliance aims to give public safety agencies and commercial drone operators a unified, trusted platform for mission planning, airspace awareness, and compliance documentation.

The partnership emerges as the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) advances standards under Part 108 for Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) operations and Part 146 for Automated Data Service Provider certification. Both frameworks require operators to demonstrate reliable, real-time airspace awareness in addition to sound flight planning and operations. For operators across public safety, commercial, and enterprise sectors, this awareness is integral to safe, accountable operations, particularly for public safety agencies that must protect officers, first responders, and the communities they serve.

Dronetag's ecosystem includes real-time drone and pilot detection hardware, Remote ID transmitter modules, and a visualization platform relied upon by more than 350 public safety agencies around the world. The integration brings live Remote ID and drone detection data directly into the VOTIX operational dashboard, providing operators with a unified view of mission planning, execution, and compliance documentation in one trusted system. Dronetag Scout receivers detect Remote ID broadcasts from drones up to 15 miles away and pass those detections into VOTIX, each carrying the aircraft's position along with the location of the operator on the ground. This integration supports readiness for FAA Part 108 and Part 146 requirements and reduces the need for operators to manage multiple disconnected tools during time-sensitive operations.
