Zinn Hub Expands with 46 Languages and Live Translation

Zinn Hub® has expanded its global freelance marketplace to include 46 languages and live translation, marking a significant step in connecting buyers and freelancers across different language environments. Operated by Zinn Digital® Ltd, a UK-based digital technology company, the platform now supports 59 currencies and multiple payment options, making it a robust solution for international freelance work.

The new translation functionality allows buyers and freelancers to communicate effectively without needing to use the same language. For example, a buyer who speaks German can message a freelancer who speaks English. The buyer can read the message in German, while the freelancer can read the same message in English. This feature is designed to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration, even when participants speak different languages.

The translation feature can be applied across various stages of the freelance workflow, including project briefs, messages, and reviews. Calls can also incorporate live language translation and captions, ensuring that buyers and freelancers can communicate effectively during video calls. This functionality originated from a suggestion made by Zinner® Jaspreet Singh, who proposed the idea of live translation during calls.

In addition to language support, Zinn Hub® offers a wide range of payment methods, including cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, USDT, and USDC. The platform supports 59 currencies, addressing the practical issues that can arise when freelance work takes place between different countries. Zinn Hub® does not charge buyers a platform fee, while freelancer commissions begin at 0% on the first $500 in earnings, followed by tiered commission rates as earnings increase. Pro and Agency plans are also available with flat commission rates.

Verification and transaction-based reviews are integral to the platform, ensuring that buyers can make informed decisions about who they hire. Freelancers undergo identity verification and proof-of-work processes before they can list or bid on work. Reviews are connected to genuine marketplace transactions, providing feedback associated with completed marketplace activity rather than standalone testimonials. Freelancers can also build a professional presence on the platform, showcasing their services, previous work, and transaction history.

Zinn Hub® offers several ways for buyers to commission digital work, including ready-made Zinns®, Micro Zinns®, Projects, proposals, and a freelancer directory. This approach provides buyers with different ways to approach freelance work depending on the nature of the requirement, from a small defined task through to a larger project requiring proposals. The platform also incorporates multilingual artificial intelligence into selected areas of the platform, including listing creation and optimization, freelancer matching and recommendations, buyer insights, and image-generation capabilities.
