The first flights between New York and Brussels carried more than 14 pets, with two rabbits flying in Biscuit Class. These rabbits traveled in the cabin without their owners, accompanied by a Vicuna Concierge for the entire journey. The company's cabin classes, Furs Class and Biscuit Class, offer pets the comfort and security they need during travel. Pets can either travel beside their owners or in the cabin with a dedicated Vicuna Concierge, ensuring a smooth and stress-free journey.
Vicuna Air's innovative Waypoints service allows pets to connect overland to their final destinations. Seven bookings beyond Brussels have already been made, with some pets traveling on to Frankfurt and Amsterdam after the outbound flight. Others have joined the return journey from as far as Stockholm, showcasing the company's ability to handle complex pet relocation needs. A pet booked from New York into Europe never enters the hold at any stage of the journey, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.
