WASHINGTON, Oct. 26, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- U.S. Black Chambers, Inc. and Target have come together to celebrate the achievements of 25 Black-owned businesses at the inaugural USBC 360° Founder Showcase & Pitch Competition. The event, scheduled for October 29, 2026, at the USBC Innovation Campus in Washington, D.C., will highlight the progress of these emerging entrepreneurs over a 12-week business accelerator program.
Launched in August 2026, USBC 360° is a unique initiative aimed at supporting Black-owned consumer packaged goods (CPG) businesses. The program offers mentorship, retail expertise, and resources to help these businesses scale sustainably. Over the course of the program, the founders received strategic training and operational support in key areas such as financial readiness, brand and market performance, channel strategy, and sales execution.
The culmination of the program will be marked by the Founder Showcase & Pitch Competition, where five selected businesses will present their pitches to a panel of special guest judges, including accomplished CPG founders and industry experts. This event will not only provide a platform for the participating businesses to showcase their products but also offer an opportunity for attendees to discover and shop these brands online.
The evening will feature a networking reception, followed by the pitch competition. Attendees will have the chance to network with other industry professionals and gain insights into the latest trends and opportunities in the CPG sector. The pitch competition winners will be announced, and special awards will be presented to the top performers.
In addition to the pitch competition, the event will also recognize the achievements of the participating founders. The USBC 360° program aims to equip these entrepreneurs with the necessary tools and resources to build businesses that are positioned for sustainable growth. The awards, totaling up to $100,000, will provide the winners with the financial support needed to implement their business growth plans.
The event is expected to bring together a diverse group of stakeholders, including business leaders, investors, and community members, to support the growth of these Black-owned businesses.
