Upexi, Inc., a leading Solana-focused digital asset treasury company and consumer brands owner, reported its financial results for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026. The company’s total revenue for the fiscal year was approximately $25.0 million, up from $15.8 million in the previous fiscal year. Digital asset revenue, primarily consisting of staking income, totaled $17.4 million.
General and administrative expenses were $26.4 million, compared to $11.9 million in the prior year, reflecting the build-out of the treasury strategy.
