TORONTO, Sept. 17, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- TUK Group, an integrated Ontario real estate company, has made significant progress on three Toronto rental projects, bringing the total to approximately 35 existing and proposed homes. The company has poured foundation walls at the 10-unit Lambton project, marking a key milestone in its development. The Lambton project is expected to be completed by 2027, subject to construction conditions and other customary development risks.

In addition to the Lambton project, TUK Group has closed on the Coxwell property, which is anticipated to have approximately 18 residential units upon completion. The company has also entered into a firm agreement for the McRoberts property, which is planned to have around seven residential units. These projects, while still in various stages of development, represent a strategic move by TUK Group to introduce new housing within established Toronto neighborhoods.

The company has also completed and brought online 23 rental units in Peterborough, further expanding its portfolio. This recent achievement builds on TUK Group’s operating history across nine Ontario cities, showcasing its ability to identify and develop community-oriented rental housing.

To support the growing portfolio, TUK Group has launched the TUK Partner Portal, a secure platform that provides authorized partners with centralized access to project status, documents, updates, three-dimensional renderings, and financial reporting. This initiative aims to enhance transparency and streamline communication among partners, ensuring that everyone has a clear view of the company’s projects.

Jordan Alexander King, Co-Founder and Partner of TUK Group, emphasized the importance of these milestones. "These milestones show that we are not simply assembling a pipeline. We are moving projects from acquisition through development, construction, lease-up, and long-term operation."

The Toronto projects are part of TUK Group’s broader strategy to identify properties with strong underlying fundamentals and apply disciplined design, construction, and operating capabilities to each one. The company’s recent $100 million Toronto housing partnership with Tempus Capital Inc. underscores its commitment to attracting long-term investment into productive Canadian assets.

As TUK Group continues to expand its portfolio, the launch of the TUK Partner Portal is seen as a critical step in maintaining transparency and operational efficiency. Evan Ungar, Co-Founder and Partner of TUK Group, noted, "Transparency has to scale alongside the portfolio. We created the Partner Portal so our partners can understand what is happening across the organization, see how individual projects fit together, and access important information without searching through disconnected reports and documents."

TUK Group’s integrated operating model, which supports the full real estate lifecycle from acquisition and planning through construction, lease-up, property management, and ongoing operations, is central to its success. The company’s recent achievements in Toronto and Peterborough demonstrate its capability to execute on its vision and deliver quality rental housing to communities in need.
