The Trauma Resource Institute (TRI) is set to host its first annual international conference and celebrate its 20th anniversary from October 2 to 4, 2026, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Claremont in Claremont, California. The event will be available both in person and virtually, welcoming participants from around the world.

The organization's international network now extends across all 50 U.S. states and more than 77 countries, marking a significant milestone in its two-decade journey.

The three-day gathering will explore the application of the Community Resiliency Model (CRM)® and Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM)® across different communities, professional settings, and populations. Programming will include presentations, discussions, interactive learning opportunities, and practical tools that participants can incorporate into their own work and communities. The conference will also highlight how these models are being used to strengthen individuals and communities in culturally responsive and accessible ways.

Over the course of the conference, participants will delve into real-world applications of CRM and TRM across diverse settings and populations, emerging research and innovative resiliency-focused programs, community-based initiatives addressing trauma and chronic stress, and meaningful collaboration with practitioners, educators, and partners from around the world.

In addition to the main conference programming, TRI will hold a 20th Anniversary Gala Dinner at 6:30 p.m. Pacific Time on Saturday, October 3. Separate tickets are required for the gala.

The conference will take place at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Claremont, located at 555 W. Foothill Blvd., Claremont, CA 91711. Virtual attendees will be able to access conference programming through the Whova online platform.

The deadline for in-person registration is September 10, 2026. Virtual registration will remain open through September 30, 2026. For conference information and registration, visit www.traumaresourceinstitute.com/tri-2026-conference.
