FREDERICK, Md., Nov. 04, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- TOMI Environmental Solutions, Inc., a global leader in disinfection and decontamination solutions, has announced an expanded relationship with a leading global eye health company. The agreement includes the purchase of multiple handheld SteraMist systems for the company's South Carolina facility in March 2025, followed by the adoption of the technology in its Florida facility in late 2025.

The customer's commitment to the SteraMist systems was further demonstrated in the third quarter of 2026, when it purchased additional SteraMist Environment Systems, bringing combined revenue from the two sites to approximately $750,000. This expansion into integrated automated decontamination systems marks a significant step for the customer, as it has now entered into a recurring BIT Solution purchase agreement, establishing a contracted consumable revenue stream.

TOMI Environmental Solutions anticipates that some or all of the prospective orders could be received before the end of 2026, with a total in the range of approximately $960,000 to $1.7 million. This expansion reflects the company's growing presence in the market and its ability to meet the needs of its customers, particularly in regulated manufacturing environments.

The deployment follows a sequence often seen in regulated manufacturing. Customers commonly begin with handheld systems for targeted surface applications, extend use to additional facilities after performance is established, and then evaluate whole-room and integrated systems. This customer has completed the first of those steps and, in the third quarter of 2026, purchased Environment Systems.

Further expansion at both facilities includes additional SteraMist Environment Systems and a CES for complete integrated automated decontamination. TOMI anticipates that some or all of the prospective orders could be received before the end of 2026, which totals in the range of approximately $960,000 to $1.7 million.

The company's forward-looking statements indicate that the agreement with the global eye health company is a critical step in its ongoing commercial growth. The Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, filed by TOMI, will provide further details on the company's financial performance and strategic initiatives.

In summary, the agreement with the global eye health company underscores TOMI Environmental Solutions' commitment to providing innovative decontamination solutions and its ability to meet the evolving needs of its customers in regulated manufacturing environments.
