Layton, Utah-based professional watch repair service Times Ticking has been named one of only three authorized Nivada Grenchen service centers in the United States and one of eight worldwide, marking a significant milestone for the company. This designation, effective as of September 1, 2026, enhances Times Ticking's existing factory-authorizations for Hamilton and Baume & Mercier, providing watch owners with access to Swiss-trained technicians and genuine parts.

"We are thrilled to be recognized as an authorized Nivada Grenchen service center," said Jared Foster, president of Times Ticking. "This endorsement reflects the trust our team has built and ensures that Nivada Grenchen owners can receive the factory-backed expertise they need, right here in the United States."

Nivada Grenchen, a renowned Swiss watchmaker, currently lists just three authorized repair centers in the U.S., with the other two located in Arizona and New York. Internationally, the company operates additional centers in Switzerland, France, Germany, and Hong Kong. According to Nivada Grenchen, the authorized service centers are dedicated to offering comprehensive and authentic repair services for their watches, ensuring that customers receive the highest quality care.

Foster explained that Times Ticking will leverage its extensive experience in vintage watch restoration to handle Nivada Grenchen movement servicing, case refinishing, and other repairs using manufacturer-approved parts. "As interest in Nivada Grenchen watches continues to grow among collectors, we plan to expand our capacity to meet the demand," Foster stated.

This new authorization aligns with Times Ticking's broader strategy of expanding its authorized brand partnerships. The company already offers services for brands like Cartier, Omega, and Rolex, as well as precision work on other luxury and vintage timepieces. Collectors interested in service for their Nivada Grenchen watches or any other timepiece in need of repair can contact Times Ticking directly.
