ANACONDA, Mont., Oct. 23, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Clearwater Properties broker Hannah Bruha has been named a "Star on the Rise" in the November 2026 issue of Montana Real Producers, a magazine that profiles top-producing real estate agents in the state. The recognition highlights Bruha’s rapid growth and success in the Southwest Montana real estate market.

Bruha, who has been licensed since December 2017, closed $12 million in sales last year. Her business now relies heavily on repeat clients and referrals, with roughly 80 percent of her transactions coming from satisfied customers who return or refer their friends and family. This figure is a testament to the trust and satisfaction her clients have in her services.

Born in Colorado and raised in Maryland, Bruha’s journey to success began with her athletic career. She played Division I lacrosse at the University of Oregon before transferring to the University of Montana. After graduation, she started her real estate career in Livingston, assisting broker Trecie Wheat-Hughes while Wheat-Hughes and her business partner Jackie Wickens were filming HGTV's Mountain Mamas. Raising two young children, Bruha continued to build her business and credits joining Clearwater Properties and the mentorship of founder and supervising broker Kevin Wetherell as the turning point in her career.

Bruha’s approach to real estate is rooted in an athlete’s mindset. "Competition is engrained in my blood," she told the magazine. She pairs this drive with a relationship-first approach, treating lenders, contractors, and title professionals as collaborators. Her focus is on helping clients build the lifestyle they hope for in Southwest Montana, rather than just selling a property.

Clearwater Properties, founded in 1993, is an award-winning real estate brokerage specializing in recreational, residential, and ranch properties across Montana, Idaho, Washington, Wyoming, North Dakota, Costa Rica, and Belize. Bruha serves on the Advocacy Committee of the Rocky Mountain Association of REALTORS® and recently spoke at Clearwater's bootcamp for incoming agents. She hopes to keep mentoring the next generation of REALTORS®.

Shaun Michael Lewis, CEO of Clearwater Properties, praised Bruha’s achievements.

Bruha lives in Anaconda with her husband, Cole, their children, Hadley and Bo, and two dogs. The family enjoys skiing, camping, wake surfing, hiking, and fishing across Southwest Montana. Bruha is training for her first HYROX doubles competition in Phoenix next February.
