Therapy24x7, a provider of personalized psychotherapy, has expanded its in-person therapy services to Brooklyn Heights, opening a new location at 26 Court Street. This move brings the company closer to the communities where New Yorkers live and work, offering a more accessible option for those seeking mental health support.
Finding the right therapist in Brooklyn can be a daunting task, especially for those with demanding careers, relationships, and family responsibilities. According to a 2023 investigation by the New York State Attorney General, 86% of surveyed mental health provider directory listings did not lead to an available in-network appointment. This highlights the frustration many New Yorkers face when trying to access mental health care, despite having insurance coverage.
Therapy24x7 aims to address this issue by providing personalized, insight-oriented psychotherapy at 26 Court Street in Brooklyn Heights. The new location accepts Aetna and Cigna insurance, making it more accessible for individuals who need in-network care. The company's Brooklyn Heights location is conveniently situated in one of Downtown Brooklyn's most accessible neighborhoods, just steps from Borough Hall and the Court Street subway stations. This makes it easy for individuals commuting from Manhattan and surrounding Brooklyn communities to access therapy services.
The new Therapy24x7 location offers a range of services for adults, including:
- Anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm - Relationship and interpersonal patterns - Depression and life transitions - College students and young adults - Young professionals and finance industry careers - Pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood - Self-esteem, identity, and personal growth - Family dynamics and past experiences
Therapy24x7 also provides virtual therapy throughout New York State for those who prefer telehealth. Additionally, new clients can schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation to explore their options before scheduling their first appointment.
The new location at 26 Court Street, Brooklyn, NY 11242, is now welcoming new clients for in-person therapy.
