NEW YORK, Oct. 13, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Convene Hospitality Group has unveiled The Mallory, a new special-events venue that brings a bold new chapter to the storied Terminal Warehouse in New York’s West Chelsea. The landmark 1891 building, once a hub for freight trains, now hosts up to 550 guests across 50,000 square feet of flexible space. The venue spans three floors, each designed to create memorable experiences for a variety of events, including celebrations, galas, fashion shows, private dining, product launches, and immersive brand experiences.

Guests enter through the iconic tunnel of the Terminal Warehouse, leading to a dramatic reception lounge that features a 25-foot bar. The lounge is complemented by exposed brick, timber beams, and arched windows, providing a blend of industrial charm and contemporary design. The main event hall offers sweeping Hudson River views and flexible layouts that can be tailored to suit the needs of each event. Original sliding boxcar doors and ceilings reaching 20 feet preserve the building’s industrial character, while the interior design interprets that history for a modern hospitality setting.

Behind the scenes, Convene Hospitality Group’s Event Production Studio supports the most ambitious creative visions with best-in-class infrastructure, including a custom motorized truss, theatrical lighting, guest rigging points, integrated technology, and a commercial-grade catering kitchen. The venue also features staging pantries, private entrances, a green room, and a VIP suite. Preferred vendor partnerships, in-house bar packages, and personalized planning support allow every element to be tailored to the occasion.

The Mallory is now accepting event inquiries and is located at 261 11th Avenue, with its event entrance on 12th Avenue between West 27th and West 28th Streets near the High Line, Hudson Yards, Chelsea Piers, and the Javits Center. The venue is easily accessible from Penn Station and multiple subway lines.

The Mallory represents exciting new territory for Convene Hospitality Group and a direct response to clients seeking one-of-a-kind venues that perform as beautifully as they present. As the company’s first standalone special-events venue, it allows Convene Hospitality Group to bring its hospitality and production expertise to an even wider range of social, cultural, and lifestyle occasions. The venue’s three floors are designed as a stage for moments with lasting cultural and personal significance, offering a unique blend of historic architecture and modern production capabilities.
