HONG KONG, Oct. 16, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Finloop Finance Technology Holding Limited, an AI-driven global one-stop wealth technology platform, has supported the issuance of the first tokenised note product that allows subscription, redemption, and interest payments in HKDAP, a regulated HKD stablecoin issued by Anchorpoint Financial Limited. This marks a significant step in integrating tokenisation and stablecoins into real commercial use.
HKDAP, a stablecoin issued by Anchorpoint Financial Limited, a subsidiary of Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, is one of the first entities granted a stablecoin issuer licence (licence number FRS01) by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority under the Stablecoins Ordinance in April 2026. The issuance of the tokenised note product is supported through two subsidiaries within Finloop: Finloop Finance Limited, a financial institution licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and an authorised distributor of HKDAP, and Finloop Finance Technology Services Limited, which serves as the tokenisation agent, providing technology services.
Fosun International Asset Management Limited acts as the investment adviser to the product issuer, leveraging its global asset allocation experience and risk management capabilities to provide professional advice on investment strategy and asset allocation. The tokenised note product expands the range of on-chain use cases for HKDAP, demonstrating how regulated stablecoins can be integrated to support a broader spectrum of investment and wealth management activities.
The tokenised note product is designed for professional investors, offering a more efficient way to manage cash and liquidity on-chain, and greater flexibility in digital wealth management. Finloop plans to continue collaborating with ecosystem partners to advance RWA tokenisation and the development of digital capital market infrastructure. It will also explore opportunities for HKDAP and related wealth management products in institutional capital allocation, transaction payments, and collateral applications, helping regulated stablecoins move from pilots into broader institutional adoption, and providing a replicable model for connecting regulated tokenised assets with real economic activity.
