Technology Science Corp and Integration Tech Group Win NASA SEWP VI Contract

Technology Science Corporation and Integration Technologies Group, a joint venture (TSC-ITG2 JV LLC), have been awarded a NASA SEWP VI contract under Category C, extending their partnership to support complex IT services and digital transformation programs for federal agencies. This partnership, which dates back over a decade, marks a significant milestone for both firms, solidifying their position in the federal IT market.

The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract, valued at up to $20 billion over a ten-year period, runs from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2036. TSC-ITG2 JV LLC, an SBA-approved mentor-protégé joint venture, brings together the expertise of Technology Science Corporation, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Woman-Owned Small Business, and Integration Technologies Group, a Falls Church, Virginia-based provider of IT products, enterprise services, and lifecycle support.

Both companies have a proven track record of supporting federal, civilian, and DoD agencies. TSC, known for its service-disabled veteran and woman-owned status, has been a key player in providing professional, maintenance, and lifecycle services overseas through GSA MAS, GSA Stars 3, and agency-specific IDIQ contracts. ITG, founded in 1984, has consistently delivered hardware, software, and services to various agencies, including the Defense Logistics Agency, the Defense Health Agency, the Defense Finance and Accounting Service, the Air Force, and NASA, earning strong performance ratings.

The joint venture is structured to leverage the combined strengths of TSC and ITG. TSC, with its Top Secret clearance and extensive experience in mission-critical work, partners with ITG, which boasts certifications and a robust delivery infrastructure, including CMMC Level 2, ISO/IEC 27001, and 20000-1, and GSA-audited cybersecurity supply chain risk management. Together, these credentials ensure federal customers have confidence in a high-quality system, a secure posture, and a protected supply chain.
