NEW YORK, Sept. 04, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Syndax Pharmaceuticals, a biopharmaceutical company developing innovative cancer therapies, has announced the granting of inducement awards to nineteen new employees. On September 1, 2026, the company issued stock options for the purchase of up to 175,000 shares of common stock under its 2023 Inducement Plan.

Under the terms of the grant, the stock options will vest over a four-year period, with 25% of the underlying shares vesting on the one-year anniversary of the vesting commencement date. The remaining shares will vest monthly over the next 36 months, contingent on the employees' continuous service with Syndax through the respective vesting dates.

Revuforj® (revumenib), an FDA-approved menin inhibitor, and Niktimvo™ (axatilimab-csfr), a monoclonal antibody that blocks the colony stimulating factor 1 (CSF-1) receptor, are among the key highlights of Syndax’s pipeline. The company is currently advancing these therapies through various clinical trials, aiming to revolutionize cancer care.

Founded on the principle of reimagining cancer treatments, Syndax is dedicated to unlocking the full potential of its pipeline. The inducement awards reflect the company’s strategic approach to retaining top talent, ensuring continued innovation and growth in the field of oncology.
