BROOMFIELD, CO, UNITED STATES, October 22, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- The Energy Suite, a Broomfield, Colorado-based energy technology cooperative, is set to launch AWARE, an innovative autonomous energy management platform, on November 5, 2026. This new system, built on a combination of artificial intelligence, Blockchain 5.0, and cybernetic computing, aims to revolutionize the way properties manage their energy needs.
AWARE is designed to operate autonomously, much like the human brain, continuously monitoring and managing energy use based on real-time data. The system will automatically identify savings, recommend improvements, and act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that the property owner remains in control of their energy goals.
To get started, potential users can create a free profile and undergo the Energy Evaluation Assessment. This assessment evaluates 115 attributes of a property, assigns it an energy score, and produces a personalized My Personal Energy Plan (or My Business Energy Plan for commercial properties). This plan serves as a roadmap for the property owner, guiding them through The Energy Suite's Three Pillars of Energy, Conservation, Efficiency, and Generation. The goal is to reduce energy costs initially and then move the property toward energy independence as quickly as possible.
AWARE is included for all members of The Energy Suite co-op, replacing five separate software subscriptions. This integration ensures that every member has access to a comprehensive suite of tools, including an AI advisor named Mark Joules, which stays in contact with the member's clients. This allows members to focus on closing projects and completing installations without the need to manage multiple software platforms.
The launch of AWARE marks a significant step for The Energy Suite in its mission to help homes and businesses reduce energy costs and achieve energy independence. By consolidating 29 energy-impactful technologies into one integrated suite, The Energy Suite aims to provide a seamless and efficient solution for property owners. The platform will continuously take in signals that describe a home or business, energy use, equipment performance, weather, utility rates, and grid conditions, then connect them, learn from them, and act on them. Rather than simply reporting data, AWARE becomes aware of a property and responds the way a person would, without ever looking away.
Every member of The Energy Suite co-op receives AWARE as part of their membership. Professional energy providers no longer pay separately for permit data, lead systems, CRM, proposal software, project management, and other tools. All of it lives inside AWARE, connected to the same customer data and energy plan. AWARE's AI advisor, Mark Joules, stays in contact with members' clients so members can focus on closing projects and completing installations.
