St-Georges Eco-Mining Corp., a company developing new technologies and holding a diversified portfolio of assets, has provided its third bi-weekly update on its ongoing compliance issues. The corporation, based on its latest report, continues to work diligently to complete the required filings for its consolidated audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026.
According to the press release, the Corporation announced on July 31, 2026, that the Annual Filings, including the management’s discussion and analysis and Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer certifications, had not been filed by the July 29, 2026, deadline. The Corporation and its auditors are currently engaged in completing the necessary audit procedures. Management remains optimistic and expects to file the Annual Filings by September 28, 2026.
In addition to the Annual Filings, the Corporation is also preparing its interim financial statements for the three-month period ended June 30, 2026. The Corporation will continue to issue bi-weekly default status reports until the Annual Filings and Interim Filings are completed.
