The new culinary lineup includes Spoonbill, Solfina Bar and Terrace, Vicolo Social Club and Trattoria, Cocoplum Pool Bar, and Flipside Beach Bar. Spoonbill, named for the iconic roseate spoonbill bird native to Florida's wetlands, will be the resort's new lobby-level café and marketplace.
