WASHINGTON, Sept. 11, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Greenberg Traurig, a global law firm, has advised Ryman Hospitality Properties, Inc. (NYSE: RHP) on its acquisition of the fee simple interest in the Grande Lakes Orlando Resort. The transaction, valued at approximately $1.38 billion, closed on September 1.

Located in Orlando, Florida, the 409-acre luxury resort complex boasts a 1,010-room JW Marriott, a 582-room Ritz-Carlton, a Greg Norman-designed 18-hole championship golf course, and around 320,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The property will continue to operate under the JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton brands, managed by Marriott International.
